The 75mm Heavy Duty Black Steel Padlock is the big one in the covered range. Ø11.8mm hardened A3 steel shackle, 39mm of clearance and a steel body under a black weatherproof coating — enough lock for a yard gate, a compound or a roller door you actually want to stay shut.

The detail that matters outdoors is the rubber waterproof ring sealing the keyway, and behind that seal sits an all-copper lock core running six brass pins — one more than a standard house door cylinder, and two or three more than the padlocks it sits beside on a shelf. More pins means more for a rake or a pick to defeat; the seal is why it still turns after a wet winter instead of gumming up.

It ships with 5 steel keys, so a small crew can each carry one without a trip to the key cutter.
