90mm Solid Brass Block Padlock – Prying-Resistant Shutter, Container & Truck Box Lock

The 90mm Solid Brass Block Padlock is the large size in the brass block range. It is not a conventional padlock: instead of an exposed U-shackle, a Ø12mm hardened steel bolt slides across a slot cut into a solid brass body, leaving almost no exposed metal for a crowbar to lever against or a bolt cutter to reach.

The body is solid brass, so it will not rust or streak down whatever it is fitted to, and the cylinder runs brass pins on a 304 stainless steel spring with double brass bolt locking holding the bar at both ends. Fits roller and rolling shutters, container doors, hasp and staple, truck tool boxes, mesh gates and storeroom latches.

Check your fitting first: the slot opening is 36mm wide by 18mm high — your hasp or shutter latch has to pass through it, so measure before ordering. This style cannot be used with a chain.
