Installation Tips

• Work out the packing you need before you commit — sit the carriage in dry, check the door height, then add packers one at a time.
• Use the ‘U’ shape where the packer has to slide in around a fastener already in place, and the ‘F’ shape where it can drop straight in.
• Keep the packers square under the carriage and pull the fixings up firm. A packer sitting crooked will let the door drop again.

Care & Maintenance

• Check the carriage fixings after the first few weeks of use and re-tighten if the door has settled.
