Installation Tips

• Match the new roller to the old one on diameter, profile (concave, convex, flat or V-groove) and axle before you fit it — a flat roller will not run true in a track cut for a concave or V-groove roller.
• Check the track for burrs and flat spots and file them smooth — a damaged track will chew out a new roller within weeks.
• Clean all grit and old grease out of the track. Grit is what kills a roller, not load.
• Replace rollers in pairs. A new roller running against a worn one carries uneven load and both wear out early.

Care & Maintenance

• Use a dry lubricant only — silicone or dry PTFE. Oil and grease hold dust and grind the roller.
• Sweep the track out every few months, more often in coastal or dusty areas.
