Installation Tips

• Clean the head channel out before fitting so the guide runs its full travel without picking up grit.
• Fit the guide with the sash held plumb, then run the sash the full width of the opening to check the guide stays in the channel.
• The guide only steers the sash — it should not carry weight. If the sash is dragging on it, set the bottom carriages first.

Care & Maintenance

• Sweep the head channel out every few months and check the guide fixings are still tight.
