Installation Tips

• Support the panel before you release the old socket — a bi-fold panel drops as soon as the top pivot lets go.
• Check your pivot pin against the hole. This socket takes an 8mm pin, not the 5mm of the earlier model.
• Seat the socket fully home before you load the panel back on, then swing the door through its full arc to check it does not bind on the jamb.

Care & Maintenance

• Rinse soap scum out of the pivot every few months — build-up in the socket is what makes a shower screen panel stiff.
