38mm Aluminium Travel Combination Padlock – Keyless Resettable Luggage, Bag & Locker Lock

The 38mm Aluminium Travel Combination Padlock is the light, pocketable one — anodised aluminium, under 100 grams, and no key to carry or lose on a trip. Four wheels give 10,000 possible codes and you set your own.

For a travel lock the internals are unusually good: solid brass wheels and a solid brass cylinder, running brass pins on a 304 stainless steel spring. Most locks at this price use moulded plastic wheels that wear round and start slipping after a season in a bag. The anodised aluminium body is rated weather resistant and will not rust in a damp locker or a wet backpack.

Your lock arrives set to 0-0-0-0. To set your own code: with the lock open, align the wheels to 0-0-0-0, give the shackle a half turn and press it down, choose your combination, then close the shackle and test it before you rely on it. There is no key and no override, so pick something you will remember.
