Installation Tips

• Punch or drill the old rivet out rather than levering it — twisting the carriage plate throws the roller out of line.
• Drive the knurled end into the carriage plate so the knurl grips, and support the plate on a solid backing while you set it.
• Check the roller spins freely on the new axle before you refit the sash or door.

Care & Maintenance

• Sweep the track out every few months, more often in coastal or dusty areas.
