Installation Tips

• Punch or drill the old rivet out rather than levering it — twisting the carriage plate throws the roller out of line.
• Support the carriage on a solid backing while you set the new rivet so the plate does not distort.
• Check the roller spins freely on the new axle before you refit the sash or door.

Care & Maintenance

• Sweep the track out every few months, more often in coastal or dusty areas.
