Installation Tips

• Support the fixed panel before you pull the old block out — the panel will drop as soon as the adjuster is released.
• Clear the channel of grit and old sealant so the nylon outer seats flat along its full length.
• Wind the inner block up evenly at both ends to bring the panel plumb, then check the interlock closes cleanly against the sliding panel before you tighten off.

Care & Maintenance

• Re-check the adjustment after the first season — a fixed panel that has settled will show up as a gap at the interlock.
