Installation Tips

• Check the width of the old block before you order — this one is 23.5mm, and a block that is too wide or too narrow will not hold the door square.
• Clear the head track of grit and debris first. A blocked or bent channel will still let the door wander no matter how well the block is fitted.
• Fix with two screws through the existing holes (14.8mm centres) and check the door slides its full travel without binding before you tighten fully.

Care & Maintenance

• Sweep the head track out every few months and wipe the block clean — built-up grit is what makes the door drag and the block wear.
