Installation Tips

• Support the glass panel before loosening the old rollers — never let it hang on one roller.
• Clean the top rail of grit and soap scum before fitting the new rollers.
• Replace both rollers at the same time so the door runs level.
• Slide the door through its full travel and check it runs square before fitting stops and seals.

Care & Maintenance

• Use a dry lubricant only — silicone or dry PTFE. Oil and grease hold dirt and wear the wheels.
• Wipe the rail down regularly to keep soap build-up off the wheels.
