Featuring a 42 mm convex nylon wheel, this sheave delivers reliable performance on standard track profiles and helps restore effortless movement to worn or sticking doors. The zinc-plated steel housing provides added strength and long-term durability, making it suitable for both replacements and new installations.

Compatible with most major wardrobe systems, including Stegbar®, Cowdroy®, Acetel®, MirrorRobe® and many similar track setups. Supports 2-door, 3-door and 4-door wardrobe configurations.

Installation Tips

  • Check the track before you fit. File any burrs or flat spots smooth — a damaged track will chew out a new roller within weeks.
  • Clean all grit and old grease out of the track. Grit is what kills a roller, not load.
  • Replace carriages in pairs. A new roller running against a worn one carries uneven load and both wear out early.
  • Fit the rear carriage first, then set the front carriage to get your clearance.
  • Adjust last to bring the door parallel with the jamb, working from the handle side.
  • Slide the door through its full travel before refitting stops or screens.

Care & Maintenance

  • Use a dry lubricant only — silicone or dry PTFE. Oil and grease hold dust and grind the roller.
  • Sweep the track out every few months, more often in coastal or dusty areas.
