Flyscreen Spline Roller Tool – Twin Wheel (Concave Guide + Ribbed Press)

The TradeBase Twin-Wheel Spline Roller is a two-in-one tool for installing and replacing rubber spline in flyscreens, security screens and screen doors. Unlike a single-wheel roller, it carries a purpose-shaped wheel at each end — so you can seat the spline and set it firm without ever swapping tools.

Concave guide wheel — the grooved wheel cups over the spline and rolls it neatly into the frame channel, keeping it centred and stopping it slipping off as you start the run.

Convex ribbed press wheel — the raised centre rib drives the spline firmly to the bottom of the channel for a tight, lasting hold and a clean finished edge.

The contoured, ribbed handle gives a comfortable non-slip grip for long runs, and the centre hang hole lets you store it on a hook. Built from durable moulded plastic with hard-wearing nylon rollers on steel axles.

How to use:
1. Lay the mesh over the frame and start the spline into the channel.
2. Roll the concave wheel along to guide and seat the spline evenly.
3. Follow with the ribbed wheel to press the spline firmly home for a tight, wrinkle-free screen.
