Everything listed falls under locks and cylinders, so this is a lock body and cylinder fit rather than a roller or a catch, and it is usually a rekey, a seized cylinder or a worn latch that brings someone here. The figures in the title are what you order by. Backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the spindle, 60mm here, and 85mm is the case size. Measure both against the mortice already cut in your door, then decide whether you need cylinder and keys or the lock alone.
