Nine replacement carriages and rollers on TradeBase suit Lidco® sliding doors and windows, running from a 13mm adjustable plastic carriage with an acetal roller up to a 40kg heavy duty carriage with a stainless roller, plus sliding window carriages identified by their 38.6 x 15.7mm and 42.8mm bodies. On a slider of this type it is the roller that goes rather than the door: the wheel flat-spots where the panel sits, grit from the track grinds into the bearing, and the panel begins to drag on the sill. Most of these carriages also replace Rylock®, Dowell®, Nu-Look® and Prongers™ rollers, so matching by brand alone is not enough. Pull the old carriage out of the bottom rail, measure the body length and width, and weigh up the panel, because that is what separates the 15kg, 25kg, 30kg and 40kg ratings.
