Six replacement carriages and rollers here suit Nu-Look® sliding doors and windows: four adjustable patio door carriages rated 15kg, 25kg, 35kg and 40kg, a 26mm adjustable screen door carriage with a nylon acetal roller, and a 48.3mm adjustable carriage to suit Nu-Look windows. What fails is the roller assembly rather than the frame — the wheel wears flat, the bearing picks up grit, the height adjustment stops taking up the slack, and the panel has to be lifted to move it. Most of these parts also replace Dowell®, Boral® Mk5C and Lidco® rollers, so fitment is decided by the carriage body, not the badge on the door. Remove one carriage and measure its overall body length, note whether the original roller is steel or nylon, and check the weight of the panel before choosing a rating.
