Specifications

  • TradeBase SKU: CARSHEDADJ
  • Wheel: 22mm
  • Suits: Heritage®, Span Built®, Absco® and others

Installation Tips

  • Check the track before you fit. File any burrs or flat spots smooth — a damaged track will chew out a new roller within weeks.
  • Clean all grit and old grease out of the track. Grit is what kills a roller, not load.
  • Replace carriages in pairs. A new roller running against a worn one carries uneven load and both wear out early.
  • Fit the rear carriage first, then set the front carriage to get your clearance.
  • Adjust last to bring the door parallel with the jamb, working from the handle side.
  • Slide the door through its full travel before refitting stops or screens.

Care & Maintenance

  • Use a dry lubricant only — silicone or dry PTFE. Oil and grease hold dust and grind the roller.
  • Sweep the track out every few months, more often in coastal or dusty areas.

Warranty

10-year TradeBase warranty plus your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Check the fit before you buy

Download the TradeBase Actual Size Identifier (PDF) and print it on A4 at 100% / Actual size — not Fit to page. The part is reproduced at true 1:1 scale on a 10 mm grid and measures 57.8 mm overall. Lay your existing part straight onto the page to confirm it matches. A calibration bar on the sheet lets you check the printer has not scaled the page.
